Eastern Oregon Animal Health has a longstanding presence in our community, initially founded as Dake Small Animal Clinic by Dr. Dake in 1961. In 2005, Dr. Holderman assumed ownership and renamed it EOAH, and in 2019, Dr. Tanya Percifield, a local from Ontario acquired the clinic.

Today, Eastern Oregon Animal Health functions as a solo practitioner clinic, offering tailored care for every pet. As a mixed animal facility, we serve as a one-stop solution for all your animal care requirements.
